 
The prices are per week for either 3 people in the 2bed or 5 people in the 3 bed. One sofa bed can be used at any one time making a maximum of 5 or 7 people at an extra cost of £75/€85 per person per week.
Arrival and departure days are Saturdays and accommodation must be vacated by 10 am and new arrivals from 5pm. Out of high season we may be able to be flexible with arrival/departure days.
Basic supplies are provided on arrival and included in the price such as bread, butter and milk. Tea, coffee olive oil salt pepper and some cleaning materials are also available in the gite on arrival. Extra provisions can be supplied by arrangement.
Bedlinen towels and pool towels included. Pool towels, Extra change of bedlinen, towels, and washing and cleaning services at a small extra charge payable in cash.
Electricity and wood are included in the price.
There is a deposit of €250 to be paid in cash on arrival. A 25% booking deposit is payable at the time of booking, if there is a need to cancel your holiday we will hold back only10% handling charge if we are able to relet, but otherwise the full 25% will be retained.. final payment to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival by transfer to our English bank account. The deposit is non-refundable, however, should you have to cancel your holiday and have paid in full, we will try to unless we can relet and refund you with the money less the deposit. 
WINTER SPECIAL
Four night ski weekends are available for Bed and Breakfast at a cost of €300
per couple.
LONG LETS
The gite can be rented on a monthly basis from 1st November to 31st May. The rent is €650 for 2 bedroom or €800 for 3 bedrooms pcm + bills.
 WEDDING SPECIAL
Anni is a professional designer /maker. How about having your wedding dresses made to measure while chilling out for 8 days in the sunny South of France with your mother or best friend, up to six weeks prior to your wedding? On site fittings takes the stress of travelling for fittings and ensures a perfect fit. A relaxing holiday will set you up for the pre-wedding stress. Good choice of fabrics, designs and finishings. All for the all in price of £2,500 for the two bed gite(depending on choice of fabric). This is not possible during high season, but you can be assured of having you dress well in advance of the wedding and not delivered on the Day or needing more alterations than the fittings allow in any retail establishment. Bridesmaids, gentlemen’s waistcoats, mother of the bride/bridegroom also a possibility. UK backup with similarly qualified seamstress for any emergency last minute alterations.. |
